About PourMyBeer

PourMyBeer is a fast-growing self-pour beverage technology company that gives customers the accessibility to pour their own drink (such as beer, wine, cold brew, and more) and pay by the ounce. The company has more than 5,861 taps in service at bars, restaurants, casinos, hotels, grocery stores, co-working spaces, and more. Their system is used in 24 countries around the world.

My Role

As a visual designer, I had the pleasure to work on a lot of different sales and marketing projects in both physical and digital forms from creating posters, flyers, business cards to social media content, web layout, email campaign graphics, and more.

Print Projects

RFID Cards

These RFID cards give customers access to the beverage wall. When I was asked to redesign this card, I wanted to have a modern, simple, and clean look. I decided used to black on white text to achieve this and use PouMyBeer’s yellow color as an accent to achieve this goal. On the front side of the card, it shows different kinds of drinks that the system is able to serve. The four drinks (beer, wine, cocktail, and cold brew coffee) are some of the most popular drinks people like to pour when using the system. The back side of the card shows the step by step on how the system works.

How to Pour Properly Posters

These posters were designed to be placed next to or on top of the beverage wall. As the name of the posters suggests, they were designed to guide new self-pour customers on how to use PourMyBeer system and how to pour beer properly.

Thank You Cards

When creating this thank you card, I used a black and white image of the PourMyBeer technology to give it some texture but also to show the system. Just like the RFID cards, I used the yellow color for accent. On the back of the card, unlike the front, I wanted to make it simple so that whoever is writing on the card has enough space to write but also for the reader of the card to not be distract from the background. The quotes are about how teamwork bring success.

Digital Projects

Youtube thumbnail

The marketing team asked me to create four thumbnail design templates for their Youtube videos. According to TechSmith, the best way to capture the user's attention is by having a simple layout design, contrasting colors, and using images that relate to the video.

Since PourMyBeer is a modern technology company, I decided to use the company's dark grey and black color as a background to give a more clean feel. I used PourMyBeer's yellow and white color for the text and decorative elements so that there is a contrast from the background and make it easier for the users to read the text.

Infographic

The infographics were created to summarize the blogs posts of the companies site which allowed potential readers to have a good idea of what the blog post is about. The infographics were also used to promote the blog posts on social media and email campaigns.

Instagram

PourMyBeer’s Instagram content focuses on shows their audience how self-pour technology is used and share any event’s that the company is hosting or celebrating. As a designer, I created graphics that shows when certain events were happening and took photos on-site for social media, sales, and marketing materials.
